GOURMET

SUM YUNG GUYS

If you’ve ever trekked up to Noosa before, there’s no doubt you’ve heard of the hip and happening modern Asian fusion restaurant, Sum Yung Guys. With a mouthwatering menu designed to be shared, get the gang together and be sure to grab a couple of plates from each section so you can taste as many delicious dishes as possible. Sum Yung Guys are always booked out weeks in advance so be sure to book ahead of time. And we mean wayyyy ahead of time!

NOOSA BEACH HOUSE

A hub of activity all year round, Noosa’s Hastings Street screams laidback luxury, and has an enviable array of eateries. Part of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, Noosa Beach House is one of Hastings Street’s best, with menus that reflect modern, beachy flavours and fresh local produce. A playful range of cocktails are best enjoyed al fresco alongside iced seafood platters, fresh salads, fragrant Asian-inspired plates, and elevated Aussie classics.

RICKYS

Rickys’ menu is contemporary, classy and concise, with a handful of snacks, entrees, mains and desserts that have us drooling. The stylish space sits on the water and makes the perfect place to go full holiday mode (with a lychee martini in hand, of course).

LOCALE

Who knew you could find some of the finest Italian fare just steps away from Noosa Main Beach? With pastas, pizzas, snacks and mains that encompass both traditional and modern Italian flavours, Locale is always on our list when we arrive on the Sunshine Coast.

MOONSTRUCK

Come for boutique coffee in the AM, gin and share plates in the PM, and see why Moonstruck is in a league of its own. A jaw-dropping range of booze sees gins hailing from Noosa and all across Australia on offer, while the jaw-dropping gintails menu is expertly-crafted to appease even the most daring of drinkers. Our recc? The Bloody Moony cocktail complete with Sum Yung Guys’ pho gin (you read that right), tomato and lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, horseradish, celery, olives, gherkins, and cucumbers.

BISTRO C

You literally can’t get any more beachfront than Bistro C… Overlooking the stunning Laguna Bay, Bistro C is a destination in its own right, serving punchy contemporary flavours all day, every day. Come early for a killer eggs Benny and bloody Mary, enjoy fresh seafood and sips at lunchtime, or treat yourself to a sunset dinner with south Asian dishes and devilish dessert cocktails.

MISS MONEYPENNY’S

Award-winning Miss Moneypenny’s is another Hastings Street haunt, attracting crowds with its stunning fit-out, phenomenal bar, and modern Mediterranean flavours. We strongly recommend opting for the chef’s signature selection of seven dishes, which emphasises seafood and features some perfectly wild flavour combos.

GOURMAND

CAFE LE MONDE

Boasting a seasonally-driven menu highlighting the best produce of the surrounding area, Café Le Monde is a Noosa institution, instantly loved by anyone who has the pleasure of dining there. With hearty, healthy (and a few naughty) breaky options, this beachy café jazzes things up at lunch and dinner time with poké bowls, burgers, seafood, curries, pastas, and more.

NOSH EXPRESS

Delicious fish, chips and salad just steps away from Main Beach? You can’t get more beach holiday than this! Nosh Express meals are prepared fresh daily on premises using the best local, free range and sustainably farmed ingredients. Enjoy salmon or snapper, salads including Mexican lime slaw or sweet chilli chicken, and crispy chips on Noosa’s warm sands.

SOMEDAYS

Think: your local pizza joint…but turned up about twenty notches. Somedays is all about wood-fired pizzas with epic flavour combos, seasonal salads using the best of what’s on offer, an intriguing variety of booze, and offering a dining experience that is unique and hella tasty. Can confirm, they’ve nailed it.

AROMAS

Breakfast, lunch and dinner, Aromas has got it all! From buttermilk pancakes to ‘quick, get me to the beach!’ paninis you can be rest assured your tum will be ready to hit the beach straight away. If you’re chasing the moonlight, their dinner menu includes double wagyu cheeseburgers, pumpkin gnocchi and good old fashioned sirloin steak.

PARADISE ARCADE

Cheeky Cali-Mex cuisine is the name of the game at Paradise Arcade–where everyone is treated like a local and the flavours are about as bold as they come! From tacos, tostadas, burritos, and bowls to a funky range of share plates, Paradise Arcade’s menu makes for fun reading, and very very fun feeding.

CANTEEN CAFE

Forever full of life, Noosa Junction’s Canteen Cafe is one of the Sunny Coast’s favourite spots for brekky and lunch. Canteen’s wholesome menu is loaded up with brunch time favourites, flavour-packed toasties, burgers, and fresh salads making it an after ocean dip go to.

Put simply, Noosa is a cut above the rest.
