ZA ZA TA’s new chef and winter menu
After their transition to a completely vegetarian menu in August last year, Za Za Ta has welcomed a new chef and a new winter menu! Previously up at the stunning Nu Nu in Palm Cove, Michael Jackson has brought a real farm-to-plate ethic to the funky Valley spot, with highlights including decadent jackfruit, leek and thyme dumplings with whipped spiced potato cream and charred corn, and smoked eggplant h’raime with spiced braised tomato. Riverbar and Kitchen’s Winter Lodge

The Night Noodle Markets return
A staple on all good foodies’ calendars, the Good Food Month Night Noodle Markets will be popping up in the City Botanic Gardens from Wednesday, July 21 until Sunday, August 1. The Bavarian’s winter platters
