This Spring Hill restaurant-come-wine store is turning heads with its amazing wine list, simple but refined menu, and warm ambience generated by both staff and the surroundings. Expect French favourites like mille-feuille with escargot and quail fricassee. As for the wine? We’re talking over 250 burgundies lining the walls, and 50 champagnes chilling on ice – unsurprising considering the venue’s name translates to ‘a stash of wine’.
