Today’s Headline: Get Your Steak And Carb Fix At This New Italian Joint

Owned by an Italian heritage cattle-farming family, Establishment 203 will be prime beef central…

Set to open this November 21, we’re currently patiently awaiting our first bite of this juicy steak we’ve been hearing so much about. With a paddock-to-plate motto, the team at Establishment 203 deliver quality beef from their Northern Queensland properties along with a fair chunk of charcoal to sizzle up their goods. Quality mate!

But apparently their pasta slaps too, with a curated menu of traditional Italian pastas to feast your way through – for which you can credit their international chef Ben O’Donoghue’s Europe voyaging. 

And, as for the setting, there’s talk of an open-dining area, making us think of the fancy schmancy setup from that recent film, The Menu, although you can hold the whole yes, chef thing from this one (If you know you know…)  Anyway, you’ll be able to get a good geeze of all the action and see O’Donoghue at work on their live wood-fired Mibrasa cooking stations. You could take it in with one of their trademark cocktails in hand… Any takers?

Come November 21, Establishment 203 will join the big dogs in the Valley, offering diners a whole new take on a simple steak and pasta house.
