Taking over the original space that once housed Six Feet Under, Newstead Social is changing the game when it comes to pubs, bars and bistros in Brisbane. With a lush garden-meets-contemporary-chic fitout and a cleverly curated menu, they’ve combined the best of all three and boy has it worked!
Patrons can expect a broad yet considered menu featuring dishes like porcini and truffle arancini, crispy calamari, burrata, and what is possibly the best prawn and lobster roll. Ever.

The menu also offers a variety of share-plate options, hearty mains, signature platters and complimentary sides, as well as a selection of classic and specialty cocktails, wine, draught beer and spirits.
If you thought that wasn’t enough, Newstead Social have come to the party with an epic social calendar, too. With weekly lunch specials, $17 Parmi Mondays, mid-week trivia, live music and bottomless brunch sessions (just to name a few), it’s fair to say we’ve found our new local.
