Yep, that’s right, we’re talking pasta straight from a wheel of cheese. If that alone hasn’t sold you (how could it not?), Take the Wheel is a three-course feast experience, first making headway back in 2017, and now it’s back.
In true Italian style, your night will begin with polenta chips and wood-fired focaccia to warm you up, then you’ll get to dig into cheese-y pasta goodness straight from a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano – made up right next to your table! De-lish.
Then, because there’s ALWAYS room for dessert, you’ll finish with seasonal panna cotta to top off your night just nicely. To sweeten the deal even further, you can have all this plus a house wine or schooner of beer for only $55 per person – what a bargain!
