Sip your way through spring at Customs House’s latest pop-up bar

Customs House is famed for its sensational and seasonal pop-up bars - and the latest addition, set for October 27, is pulling out all the stops!

Customs House’s Chandon Garden Spritz will be an urban oasis in the city filled with refreshing greenery, unbeatable river views, and pops of orange. Snap your newest profile pic in front of the famous open-air garden domes while enjoying the boujee blend that is Chandon’s famous Chandon Garden Spritz.

Once acquainted with the scenery, you’ll be able to enjoy an enticing menu of seasonal goodies. Indulge in French Oscietra Caviar with blini and crème fraiche, salmon gravlax with blood orange, smoked sour cream and chive oil and fromage croquettes with pickled walnut and rosemary aioli.

Let’s not forget everyone’s favourite Moreton Bay bug croissant. Making a comeback in 2022, it’s grown a little and will be served with citrus poached bug (drool)!

If Chandon Garden Spritz isn’t for you, don’t stress – you can sip through the finely curated drinks menu which includes a variety of French, Italian and Australian wines and classic cocktails.

The Chandon Garden Spritz pop-up bar is set to once again become Brisbane’s must visit spring location.
