Trade up to gourmet flavours for less this month

Because you deserve Champagne, Wagyu and oysters!

As part of Treasury Brisbane’s 40 Days of Flavour festival, some mind-blowing gourmet specials are available across Treasury’s venues until April 30.

Forget the ordinary and trade up to gourmet goodness with these 40 Days of Flavour offers while they’re available!

Moët & Chandon High Tea

What’s better than a bougie high tea? A Champagne high tea! While there’s always a two-hour Chandon wine package available for $65pp at The Lab’s Saturday high tea, 40 Days of Flavour is inviting high tea-goers to trade up to Moet & Chandon champagne for the same price!

During 40 Days of Flavour, The Lab’s high tea, featuring all of the classics like finger sandwiches, sweets and house-made pastries, is available on both Saturdays and Sundays, with seatings at 1 pm or 2pm. Limited seatings are available so don’t delay and book in for your Moët & Chandon high tea here.

Three-course set lunch menu

Say “so long” to sandwiches and instead head to Black Hide by Gambaro until April 30 to trade up to a three-course set lunch menu for just $79.

While a single steak can set you back that much at this glamorous restaurant, the three-course menu includes a witlof salad starter, your choice of a Wagyu skirt steak, Wagyu rump steak or grilled market fish for main, and a dessert of peach and prosecco sorbet with grilled stone fruit and biscotti!

This fantastic special is only available Wednesdays-Fridays during 40 Days of Flavour, which ends on April 30—learn more and book in for lunch here.

Five-course degustation dinner

For an all-out gourmet experience, Black Hide by Gambaro is plating up an impressive five-course dinner in celebration of 40 Days of Flavour that’s an upgrade even on their impressive standard menu!

For $199pp, your meal will include oysters dressed with Sterling caviar, buttermilk snow and cucumber, quail egg crostini, your choice of Wagyu steak (eye fillet for sirloin) and a chocolate tasting plate for dessert.

If you’re feeling extra, well… extra, a wine pairing via Coravin is also available for an additional $99, including drops from Leeuwin Estate, Domaine De Ladoucette from the Loire and a single-vineyard tawny port.

Black Hide’s dinner degustation is available Tuesdays-Saturdays during 40 Days of Flavour. Make your booking here!

Don’t miss out on trading up to these gourmet dining experiences—40 Days of Flavour is on now at Treasury Brisbane and runs until April 30.
