With the scorch-factor of summer behind us, April is full of delicious foodie events to wrap your chops around. Whether you’re after a fancy affair to get dressed up for or a good old opportunity to cheers the beers, here’s five foodie events worth nabbing tickets to ASAP!

Easter High Tea | Treasury Brisbane | Saturday and Sunday, April 3 and 4 from 1 pm

It wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate (and a lot of it), so why not go all-out with an Easter High Tea at The Lab?

Indulge in a chocolate-inspired high tea featuring sweet and savoury delights including pastries prepared in house, dainty sandwiches and, of course, hot cross buns with bottomless La Maison Du Thé teas for $45 ($51.75 Sunday) or a two-hour Moet & Chandon package for $65pp ($74.75 Sunday). Crab & Cray Cray lunches | One Fish Two Fish | Every Friday-Sunday in April from 12 pm

Love shellfish? Don’t miss this five-course lunch feast available every weekend throughout April and May! Just $69 will get you four seafood courses, including a painted crayfish roll with saffron mayo and brown butter and soba noddle salad with spanner crab, or opt for two hours of rosé and beer with your lunch for just $99 total! Wine, Cheese & Bubbles | Treasury Brisbane | Friday, April 30 from 5:30 pm

Treasury Brisbane’s Wine & Cheese events are known for serving up the goods in a gorgeous historic setting, and this instalment to see out April will be no exception! Your $50 ticket gets you two hours of cheese sampling, wine tasting and live entertainment, with Aussie and international red, white and sparkling wines, including Chandon’s range of Brut, Rose, Blanc de Blanc, Vintage and Cuvee Riche sparkling.
