New: a distillery and pizzeria lands in Milton's back streets

We live for a warehouse reno (especially when there are snacks involved)!

Taking over a warehouse formerly home to underground parties and club nights, Warehouse 25 is the next step in the evolution of the site at 25 Finchley Street (a brief stroll from Suncorp Stadium, Milton station, and the Park Road strip).

Boasting its own stills bubbling up bottles of vodka and gin, Warehouse 25 is self-described as a “cultural sanctuary”, and is set to continue hosting arts events with its addition of the distillery, kitchen, and bar, and a gallery space and bottle shop to come.

Pull up a spot in the courtyard, mezzanine, or indoor bar spaces and settle in with cocktails made on the house spirits (we’re looking at the ginger and rhubarb spritz), Aussie wines (all priced by the glass at $9, or bottle $40), and beers.

On the snacks front, the menu features classics perfect for pairing with a bev: tomato arancini, chips with rosemary salt, and a list of nine pizzas, both red and white-based *chef’s kiss*.

Open 11 am-2 pm Mondays-Wednesdays, and from 11 am to late Thursday-Sunday, Warehouse 25 is set to combine Brissie’s art and music scene with tasty classic snacks and great brews, perfect for summer evenings to come.
