A trio of cocktail connoisseurs from the coveted East London hotspot Oriole Bar is amping up the Queensland cocktail scene with a brand new menu exclusive to the Living Room Bar.
The driving forces behind the latest W Brisbane collab, who often frequent the World’s 50 Best Bars list, are known for their daring and innovative creations, with the “Flight of the Senses” menu at W Brisbanefeaturing 15 cocktails inspired by tastes, colours and ingredients from the farthest reaches of the globe and featuring unexpected ingredients like tomatoes, corn and azalea!
A highlight of the exclusive menu, named after one of the largest coffee-producing regions in Costa Rica, is the ardent Alajuela. It features Hennessy VS Cognac, Belvedere Pure Vodka, Rubino Vermouth, single o cold brew, cascara syrup and banana praline foam, topped with grated chocolate and amaretti biscuits!
W Brisbane’s Oriole Bar collab will be the place to see and be as they feature their colourful cocktails in a mixture of beautiful old-school glassware, sharing pitchers and punch bowls alongside new and next musical talent every Friday and Saturday evening.
