The House of Peroni has arrived at the riverside

It's frosty Peroni season!

Riverbar & Kitchen has collaborated with The House of Peroni this summer to deliver three months of Italian fare and flair. To celebrate the occasion, Riverbar’s uniforms have been transformed by fashion designer Megan Taylor with trendy bucket hats and modern boiler suits.

Starting in December, the focus will be on art, with Riverbar’s walls sporting a makeover by the talented First Nations artist Rachael Sarra. Widely recognised for her stunning work ‘Two Worlds’, she has transformed Riverbar with a vibrant, feminine, and fun mural that draws on her experiences as a young Aboriginal woman.

All the classic Peroni sips will be available by pot, schooner and pint, or guests can treat themselves to a Peroni Spritz, made with Aperol, lemonade, orange, and Peroni. The December aperitivo menu offers bruschetta with braised octopus, pancetta croquettes, and kingfish crudo with grapefruit, orange, frisse, watercress, capers and negroni syrup. This lineup will change each month, so make sure you get in to try these special treats!

In January, Riverbar is letting the Australian Open take over with TV screens set up to live-stream all the action by the waterfront. Along with Peroni and delicious aperitivo on offer, this is the place to cool down and refresh while taking in the tennis (go Barty!). February is the time for live entertainment with DJs taking the stage every weekend, featuring household names like Hatchie and DVNA to pair with your nibbles and beer.
