Soleil Pool Bar
Soleil Pool Bar > South Bank’s beachy pool riddled with sweat and disappointment. Pull up a deck chair and hype up the Hamptons vibe with a couple of cheeky cocktails over rooftop views. We’ve got our green thumbs on the Secret Garden Party, with gin, elderflower liqueur, cucumber, mint, lime and cloudy apple juice served on a bed of edible soil and jelly.
Dandy’s Rooftop Bar
A hop, skip and a jump over to South Brisbane rests Dandy’s Rooftop Bar. The Fox Hotel’s iconic bar locks and loads on good times with Soho Sunday sessions, and general weekend offerings including $4 pizzas and massive cocktail jugs. Just DANDY.
Cowch
Milky, milky riiiight. Dessert bar by day, dessert cocktail bar by night, Cowch has some sweet little numbers you’ll want to sink your teeth into. With cocktails including lemon cheesecake, apple pie, rocky road and unicorn, you’ll remember why being an adult isn’t so bad. Less bills, more Bellinis, please.
Tippler’s Tap
Never fear, beer is here! Tippler’s Tap has an extensive selection of craft beers on tap, currently featuring the likes of The Zoo by Newstead Brewing Co., Dark by 3 Ravens Brewery, and Old Mate by Moon Dog Craft brewery. Hoppy times are ahead.
Bacchus
Gussy up and set a route for Bacchus. An impressive wine and cocktail list won’t be the only sight for sore eyes in one of South Bank’s most glam bars. You’ll HAVE to make your way to the restaurant for some of the best eats you’ll ever have in your life. It’s all about balance.
The Charming Squire
Your knight in shining armour is set to save the day, with alcohol! The Charming Squire has beer, bubbles and cocktails galore, riding in fresh and fast with our personal favourites, the strawberry spritz and peach julep! Charmed, we’re sure.
Little Big House
Slushies, shared punches, and cocktails in cans. If this isn’t heaven, we don’t know what is. Little Big House has it all with frosé, perky pina coladas, punchy mai tais, and more! You’ll feel right at home in this old Queenslander turned party hot-spot, and you’ll definitely see us there.

It’s a bar, it’s a bottle shop, it’s Barbossa. Stop in for a drop and take one home, with sit-in drinks including premium wines and fun cocktails. It’ll be blue skies and smooth sailing with a vanilla oasis – Passoa, Licor 43, lemonade and fresh passionfruit drizzled over the top! Stop it.
