Shake up your Autumn with this Southside spot’s new Cocktail Menu

More Pisco Please! Casa Chow has launched their Autumn cocktail menu, and we want one of everything.

The weather’s getting colder but Casa Chow in South City Square is turning up the heat with their exciting new cocktail menu. Their lineup of new sips promises to showcase a vibrant array of seasonal libations, featuring innovative twists on classic cocktails and bold new creations that promise to deliver a flavourful adventure.

This will be the very first update to Casa Chow’s already mouth-watering cocktail menu since they’ve opened their doors. And it’s safe to say that these additions will introduce you to a whole new world of flavours and experiences.

We are already obsessed with the star of the cocktail lineup – the iconic Pisco Sour. But we’re excited to expand our horizons and experience the creativity and zest that this eclectic mix of signature sips has to offer.

From the tantalising Purple Rain, blending pineapple skin Barsol Quebranta with Chicha Morada and Caribbean Spiced Bitters, to the refreshing Laguna Paron, infused with Massenez Elderflower and blueberry syrup, there’s something for everyone to sip and savour.

This seasonal menu is a delectable addition to Casa Chow’s signature drinks, which are a testament to the vibey bar’s commitment to innovation. Treat yourself to the exotic flavours of the Chino Latino, indulge in the tropical bliss of the Inca Kola Slushy, or try the unique Plum Pisco Negroni – the possibilities are endless!

Each of these cocktails compliment the vast range of exciting dishes that Casa Chow has on offer. From the moment you step through the doors, you’ll be intoxicated by the venue’s high-energy ambiance, accentuated by vibrant beats, impressive sips, and a visually striking interior.

Get your group together and be ready to snap some pics, because these are guaranteed to look stunning on the ‘gram.
