South City Square in Woolloongabba is bringing us an exciting lineup of monthly pop-up events, and they’re coming in hot for their initial event with Latino Fiesta: a vibrant celebration of Latin flavours and culture, featuring some of Brisbane’s favourite food trucks!
Latin food enthusiasts and culture aficionados alike are invited to indulge in an array of mouth watering Latin and South-American cuisine from an impressive lineup of food trucks. From savoury empanadas to flavourful paella and traditional arepas, there will be something for everyone.
In addition to the foodie delights, South City Square will be hosting a range of festivities, including a live DJ and salsa instructor, which will elevate the festivities with pulsating beats and dance lessons.
Head over to the precinct between 4pm and 8:30pm on Friday, April 12 as South City Square transforms into a lively hub of Latin culture, offering a sensory-rich experience that celebrates the region’s diversity and festive spirit.
Can’t make it this weekend? The upcoming pop-ups are set to include a Vegan Laneway Festival, Asian Hawker market, Christmas in July and European Food Trail, each promising to offer a diverse range of foodie and culture experiences.
Admission to the Latino Fiesta Food Truck Pop-Up is free, and guests are encouraged to bring their appetite and dancing shoes. Complimentary on-site car parking for the first 5 hours is available in the basement car park, ensuring convenient access to the festivities.
