The multi-platinum singer-songwriter has announced The All Night Days Tour, a celebration of his forthcoming sixth solo album All Night Days and the 20th anniversary of his iconic debut solo record …Something to Be—a release that went triple platinum in Australia and cemented his standing as a powerhouse artist beyond Matchbox Twenty.
The tour will sweep across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney before closing in Queensland with a massive outdoor show, very close to Brisbane, by the bay. Joining Thomas on stage for this finale are a stellar line-up of Australian favourites: Boy & Bear, Eskimo Joe, Little Quirks and Sara Berki.
It marks his first Australian solo headline run since 2019’s Chip Tooth Tour, following last year’s sold-out Matchbox Twenty shows. For Thomas, the return is long overdue. “Aussie fans have always been incredible to me,” he says. “I can’t wait to come back and share these songs, old and new, on what’s going to be a very special run of shows across one of my favourite places in the world.”
Fans can expect a setlist spanning decades, from solo anthems like Lonely No More, Her Diamonds, and Street Corner Symphony, to Matchbox Twenty classics including 3AM and Unwell. And of course, no night with Rob Thomas would be complete without his Grammy-winning global smash Smooth, the Santana collaboration that still dominates playlists to this day.
Adding to the excitement, Thomas will also showcase his latest single Hard To Be Happy, offering a glimpse into the sound of All Night Days.
With a career that continues to shape the soundtrack of countless lives, Rob Thomas at Sandstone Point is shaping up to be one of the must-see live music moments of 2025.
