The fruity folk of Riverbar & Kitchen are springing into the silly season with a very special pop-up celebrating Bombay Bramble, a blackberry and raspberry-infused Bombay Sapphire gin.
Bramble in Bloom will run from Wednesday, October 14 to Sunday, November 29 and feature a seasonal snack and cocktail menu with plenty of spring flavours. Our pick of the bunch is the strawberry Shiraz caipiroska with Bombay Bramble, strawberry jam, Monin rose syrup, lime juice, and a Shiraz float.
ONE FISH TWO FISH | FISH & SPRITZ
It’s becoming a bit of spring tradition, and we’re absolutely here for it. Fish & Spritz is back at One Fish Two Fish for Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunches in October and November!
Highlights of this year’s spritz menu are the Amalfi spritz (limoncello, prosecco, and soda), the pink peach spritz (Edgerton pink gin, prosecco, lemon, and soda), and the watermelon spritz (vodka, prosecco, watermelon, and soda).

This underground beauty has recently undergone a transformation, reopening its doors with a menu of modern Japanese eats and intriguing cocktails… None more eye-grabbing than the Reiki Master, complete with Suntory Toki, Laphroaig, umeshu, pickled ginger, honey, lemon, and smoke.

Looking for some light reading? Try MAYA’s SEVENTEEN PAGE drinks menu, covering everything from Mexican-inspired cocktails to Aussie wines, and an extensive selection of tequila, mezcal and sotol.
