This pop-up riverside bar is going pink for spring!

Picture yourself sipping pretty on pink bubbles, decadent bites and banging views.

A seasonal staple in its own right, Customs House’s pop-up bar is bringing back the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden for spring evenings spent overlooking the Brisbane River!

Blooming up from Friday, October 8, the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden is set to feature an array of pink-hued wines including Moët Rosé Impérial NV, Veuve Clicquot and Rameau d’Or, as well as the Moët Rosé Mint 75 cocktail with Moët Ice Rosé, Belvedere vodka, raspberry, mint and lemon for a fresh spring sip.

Snacks-wise, your old mate the Moreton Bay bug croissant is a go, available with chips and truffle aioli and a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial for a tidy $43!

Other bites on the cards include crispy pumpkin flowers stuffed with goat’s cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, steamed duck buns, and a selection of cheeses.

If you’re pining for the perfect Insta moment, the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden’s floral domes are begging to be the supporting role in your next shot (and you don’t even need to book them to nab a seat inside!).

Customs House’s pop-up seasonal paradise will open from 4 pm until 9 pm on Fridays, and from 1 pm till 9 pm on Saturdays and Sundays—spring to it!
