In honour of a truly scary year, Riverland is throwing the ultimate scary celebration. It’s time to dust off that old skeleton suit because there will be prizes for the creepiest costumes. Spend the night sipping Halloween-themed cocktails and enjoying hair-raising entertainment until late. Oh, and there’s free entry!
Halloween at Blackbird | CBD
Get ghoulish at Blackbird this year, where they are hosting an epic Halloween celebration across two days. Prepare for an action-packed affair, full of seasonal cocktail specials, roving entertainment, and DJs spinning the tunes until late. Crazy costumes receive priority entry, so this is your chance to go all-out!
Halloween Food-Truck Pop-up | Grange Bowls and Community Club
Get a taste of Halloween on Friday, October 30 at the Grange Bowls and Community Club. From 4 pm till 8 pm, there will be a selection of food trucks serving up some delicious bites. The scariest part will be choosing between burgers, rice paper rolls, calamari, doughnuts and more!
This is spooky fun for the whole family, with jumping castles, prizes for best dressed and face painting, as well as a bar serving craft beer and other beverages for the grown-ups.
Halloween at Home Cafe | Ashgrove
This home is going haunted, with spooky food and drink specials and prizes for best dressed. Ashgrovians can pop down and enjoy a beer, cocktail or wine, accompanied by special tapas plates best shared with friends.
The best part? Dogs are more than welcome, so bring your furry friend as there’s plenty of outdoor seating.
Halloween Festivities at Archive Beer Boutique | West End
This scary season, Archive Beer Boutique is where the party is at. Come kitted out in your craziest fit for a night of spine-chilling slushies, a scary stout bar, frightening food specials and live entertainment. The scares kick off at 6 pm and will run late into the evening.
Halloween at 5 Boroughs | Rosalie
In true New York style, 5 Boroughs is getting into the spirit of Halloween.
On Saturday, October 31, they’ll be decking the venue out with scary themed decorations, prizes for best dressed and some terrifying treats. Keep your sweet tooth satisfied with a selection of special cocktail and dessert creations, along with their regular menu of epic burgers, fries, ribs, and steaks.
A Netherworld Halloween | Fortitude Valley
Netherworld is a Halloween hotspot, and this year they’re going all-out to bring us a celebration of spine-chilling fun.
This year, the celebration will run over two weeks, so there’s plenty of time to get amongst the ghostly fun. There will be seasonal food specials, candy cocktail concoctions, a curated lineup of horror-themed pinballs, carved pumpkins, monsters and more, running until October 31. At Netherworld, the crazier the costume the better, so don’t be afraid to get creative.
