Riverbar & Kitchen | Brisbane CBD 

There are few places in Brissie with as beautiful a riverfront view as Riverbar & Kitchen on Eagle Street. What could be better than celebrating with friends and soaking up the sun, while gazing out at the water with Riverbar’s Spicy Pina Margarita in hand. Made with tequila, lime, agave, pineapple shrub and chilli, this marg is sure to inject a little sweetness and a little spice into your step.

Gerards Bar | James Street, Fortitude Valley  

Gerards Bar can truly do it all. Among the middle eastern menu, enjoy their spin on the traditional Mexican marg, the Baharat Margarita. Made from milagro silver tequila, mezcal, apricot brandy, lime, baharat falernum and salt, enjoy the aromatic sweet and smoky spice of this unique cocktail.

El Camino | King Street, Bowen Hills 

Chances are you’ve seen this next pick all over Instagram. El Camino’s sombrero snaps and frozen margs precede them, and for good reason. With an ever changing menu of fusion flavours served either in a frozen blend or on the rocks in two indulgent sizes, you’re spoilt for choice! El Camino Cantina’s trademark stamp is adding a smooth, rich float of Grand Marnier creating a luxurious finish, which has earned the name, the Cadillac Margarita. Baja | Fortitude Valley 

Baja describes itself as “life at ease” which accurately describes how you’ll be feeling all week long. Kick back at Baja this week with one (or all) of their three margs on offer. Sip on a classic, the Tommy’s with a hint of agave syrup on the rocks, or the Baja infused with elderflower, maraschino and lychee. 

Pepe’s Mexican | Newmarket 

Nowhere does margaritas quite like Pepe’s Mexican. And with 11 margs on offer including a frozen, a raspberry and kafir lime, jalapeno and cucumber, and the Lagerita topped with an entire bottle of corona (!), you can be sure to celebrate margarita week in style.
