Sip And Savour A Taste Of France At Customs House’s Latest Pop-Up Bar

Premium bubbles, seafood, florals and riverside views…

Host to many a fabulous pop-up, Customs House will be home to the Moët & Chandon Rosé Garden when it returns from September 21. And the best part: no bookings or tickets required!

Available from 4pm on Thursdays & Fridays and 2pm on weekends, this pop-up will take knock-off drinks to the next level and elevate brunch catch-ups to riverside chateau-style dining.

Indulge in the flavours of France with premium pours of both contemporaries and classics from everyone’s fave champagne house. Take your sip from a classic Moet & Chandon Imperial or a crisp White Wine by KT Pinot Gris which will go pretty darn well with what’s on offer in the food department…

Seafood seems to be the go for the coming season, with $75 fresh shellfish platters featuring oysters, Mooloolaba prawns, Moreton Bay bug and kingfish for you to nibble your way through. Or, try the iconic Moreton Bay bug croissants served with lime & dill mayo – you won’t regret it!

As for the setting where you’ll be devouring these goods, Customs House Terrace will be adorned with a burst of florals and pretty pink hues. With a strew of warm nights ahead, guests can perch beneath the flower domes or revel in the fresh spring air and overlook the grammable river views.

…you’ll know where to find us!
