Breakfast classics like eggs Benedict and omelettes will be dished up for you, while the lunch and dinner buffets will be dressed to the nines with Christmas delights like roast turkey, ham, porchetta, and beef with all the trimmings, an Aussie seafood bar, Japanese nori maki and nigiri, and a whopping Christmas dessert section. Both lunch and dinner include free-flowing French sparkling, alongside house wines, beers, and soft drinks.
Level 30’s Club Millésime will also be open for adults only, with a two-course breakfast or three-course lunch in the exclusive lounge alongside a generous beverage package. Fancy a Parisian Christmas this year? While you can’t quite hop on a plane and head to France, you CAN head to C’est Bon for a generous Christmas lunch feast.
As you sip on French bubbles, enjoy share plates like duck liver eclairs and blinis with crème fraiche and roe. Feliz Navidad! Black Fire’s three-course, share-style feast is overflowing with punchy flavours and is perfect for the whole fam. Things will kick off with tapas-style entrees like grilled chorizo bruschetta, goat cheese churro with mojo verde sauce, and roasted baby peppers stuffed with prawn and crab. Meat-lovers, prepare to start drooling as the star of the show is brought out… We’re talking slow-roasted suckling pig and lamb with all the Spanish-style trimmings you could ask for. Spanish dessert canapés will finish your meal with a bang, as you wash everything down with a signature sangria jug, or a Christmas-inspired cocktail.

It’s all about indulgence at Hillstone St Lucia this Chrissie day, with an unlimited a la carte lunch open to all. The event will run from 11.30 am until 3.30 pm–giving you plenty of time to soak up the day with your loved ones, while the menu offers a wide range of eats with hot and cold seafood plates, fried chicken, and four different roasts with all the trimmings. We’re particularly excited about that eggnog mousse with soft gingerbread, praline cream, and candied hazelnuts for dessert, though.

For a true family Christmas experience, Libertine is serving a lunch feast of eight mouth-watering share plates, with those signature French/Vietnamese flavours at the fore.
Entrees include luscious crab croissants, turkey dumplings, and duck a l’orange crepes, before seriously impressive main plates of twice-cooked pork belly and Wagyu tenderloin. Nothing will be spared when it comes to trimmings and sides, but be sure to leave room for Christmas pud!
