It’s not just about the food offering at this new dining spot. Taking over and completely reinventing the space previously occupied by Peel Street Kitchen, Peel Street Grill and Cellar pride themselves on their boutique cellar set up, offering a vast selection of specialized wines and tap beers. You can pair them with gourmet feeds in the bistro, nab a seat by the bar and match them to charcuterie or just take a bottle home to the couch.
Located just minutes from the ever popular South Bank strip, and only a quick stroll from cultural hubs like GOMA, QPAC and The Queensland Theatre Company, Peel Street Grill and Cellar is a refreshing change from the regular pre-show haunts and post-work drink spots. Whether you’re starting the day with a coffee and a little Monday motivation, nipping over the William Jolly for lunch out of the city, or in need of a wine down after work, there’s something on the menu to please everyone.
Drop by every second Friday and have a crack (and a cracker) at their exclusive cheese and wine nights, or give yourself a chance to stop and smell the rosé over a long weekday lunch. Dine on their one-of-a-kind menu items, like crab linguine with chilli, garlic, white wine and lime, or share a combination of small plates and pizzas among friends with deliciousness like twice cooked wings, calamari and pork belly with Asian slaw.
