Get ready to eat, drink and be scary – it’s the darker version of Christmas and we can’t get more excited!

NETHERWORLD | FORTITUDE VALLEY

The team at Brisbane’s favourite arcade bar don’t do things in halves – and neither should you this Halloween. Get ready to monster mash and show up in costume- you’ll receive 8 free tokens upon entry AND you’ll be the life of the party. With DJ El Notro spinning spooky tunes and the Hellmouth diner slinging ghoulish grub all night – Netherworld’s first Halloween will be one to remember.

CROWBAR + NETHERWORLD | FORTITUDE VALLEY

Not content with only one Halloween celebration, Netherworld is teaming up with Crowbar to haunt the Fortitude Valley for Nightmare on Brunswick Street, a pre-Halloween carnival of horrors before the main event. Crowbar will be hosting a haunted house in Church Brisbane, with corpse face-painting and the Chevron Showgirls roaming the ground. Head over to Netherworld for their live creature SFX demonstration, and live bands. But best of all, the two venues have teamed up with Mountain Goat Beer to create a limited edition devilish beer that will be pouring at both venues on the night. Get in quick!

You might usually be stick to sequins when visiting Blackbird Bar, but tonight the dress code calls for you to show your spookiest self for Yelloween. Enter into a champagne filled nightmare (oxymoron) with live entertainment, DJs and charcuterie plates keeping you zombie dancing long into the night. Feeling especially freakishly fancy? Contact Blackbird to organise limited edition bottle service including bubbles, charcuterie and a personal waiter.

Browning St’s best gal is pulling out all the stops this Halloween. Teaming up with Lowbrow Losers, they’re throwing the spookiest beach bash of the summer. With music from from Marmaleene and the MoondustersKing Kongo and Screwjacks, Halloween tattoos from the Flash Wheel of Fortune, giveaways from Young Henry’s and all of that sweet, sassy, Betty’s hospitality, get ready to party until you drop dead!

Get ready for a spooky weekend with ‘The Last House Party On The Left’ at The Flying Cock. The venue will be transformed into a haunted house, with house band Birdman Randy playing a set of Halloween-inspired favourites. There will also be a special death row menu inspired by the last meals of famous serial killers including John Wayne Gacey and Ted Bundy – and if that’s not enough to give you a murderous appetite, we don’t know what will.
