The evenings might have started to cool, but the WET Deck at W Brisbane is keeping summer vibes rolling with their Endless Summer pop-up!
In partnership with Aperol and MasterChef fave (our fave, at least) Laura Sharrad, Endless Summer will celebrate the best of Mediterranean getaways with plenty of Italian-influenced flavours across the pop-up cocktail and food menu available until Monday, May 3.
“Whilst international travel is still off the cards, we hope an Endless Summer will momentarily transport guests to another time and place, giving them a glimpse of what is to come”, said Laura Sharrad in a press release.
Laura’s menu will feature the likes of hand-picked mud crab and pickled cucumber fingers and crisp gnocchi fritto with whipped cod roe, while a range of Italian-inspired cocktails featuring Aperol, Campari and more will more than whet your wanderlust.
In addition to the WET Deck’s usual chic AF atmosphere including umbrellas and sun lounges, the bar will be styled with Insta-worthy elements like baskets of oranges and lemons, olive trees and postcard-inspired menus!
Running now until Monday, May 3, Endless Summer at W Brisbane’s WET Deck is sure to be your ticket to Italy… at least in the gastronomic sense!
