Put down the Tip-Top sandwich and instead enjoy fresh pappardelle with oxtail ragu, green olives, spinach and ricotta, or grilled prawn linguine with capers, chilli, lemon and tomatoes with a nori pangrattato.
It’s not just salad for the vegos, either, with potato gnocchi with peppers, red onion, eggplant, currants and a fresh blizzard of Grana Padano, or a mixed mushroom risotto with basil and crispy onions rounding out the plant-based plates.
Chasing something simple before you get back to the grind? The soda-battered flathead with chips and tartare sauce, or the Vintaged burger (with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion rings, pickles, and chilli salt fries…wow) are sure to hit the spot.
