On Saturday 4 October from 11am, the first 500 guests can tuck into their signature Classic Tonkotsu Ramen for just $1.
This isn’t your average ramen either. It’s slow-cooked tonkotsu broth, shoyu seasoning, springy noodles and a perfectly soft-boiled egg.
Motto Motto is not new to Brisbane, as they have been dishing up premium casual Japanese eats across the city for years, but this is the first time the inner north gets a taste. Crafted by Executive Chef Ryuji Tomihara, the bowl sings with flavour and strikes the perfect balance between tradition and a chef-driven twist.
As if $1 ramen was not enough, Newmarket locals also have the chance to win a whole year’s supply of ramen by joining the MyMotto club and selecting Newmarket as their home store. The winner will be drawn on 10 October and that lucky winner will be slurping happily until October 2026.
