After last year’s sell-out season, the waterside pop-up returns with delicate pink accents, flowing fabric, greenery-filled domes, and al fresco seating, inviting guests to sip, savour, and soak up the river views in style.
The Rosé Garden Bar offers a lively and social experience. Guests can settle into large or small floral domes, seating between four and ten people, with walk-ins welcome… however, bookings are encouraged. A curated selection of drinks includes Whispering Angel Rosé, Moët & Chandon Impérial Rosé, and a variety of Australian, New Zealand, and French wines, alongside berry-hued cocktails. The shareable menu features gourmet delights such as Moreton Bay bug croissants, freshly shucked oysters, half-shell scallops, and mac + cheese croquettes. It is the perfect setting for catching up with friends over sparkling wine or enjoying a relaxed afternoon by the river.
For a more refined occasion, the Rosé High Tea provides an elegant escape. Running for one and a half hours, this is ideal for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, or simply a stylish afternoon with friends. Guests enjoy a French-inspired selection of savoury canapés, freshly baked scones, and delicate petit fours, paired with fine teas, freshly brewed coffee, and a glass of Moët & Chandon or Whispering Angel Rosé. The domes create a tranquil and relaxing setting where seasonal flavours and aesthetics come together seamlessly.
With riverside views, floral domes, premium drinks, and gourmet bites, the Whispering Angel Rosé Garden is the ultimate way to celebrate spring in Brisbane, whether for a casual afternoon with friends or a special celebration.
