Starting every Saturday and Sunday from 21 Feb, brunch becomes hands-on in the best way. You’re faced with a spread of fresh, vibrant fillings ready to be stacked your way. Think chicken, beef or beans con carne as the base, then spoon on guacamole, tomato salsa, smoky corn dip, or literally choose any topping of your choosing (let’s have fun with it!). There are no rules, only flavour that works for your palate.
It’s not just a meal, it’s really an activity. And if you’re feeling competitive? It could be a challenge. Your partner builds theirs differently from you, your mates obsess over ‘taco structure’, and your brother always overcommits and needs a napkin rescue. It’s a relaxed, interactive way to have fun while the drinks flow on for two hours. 
Choose from wines like moscato, Mr Mason Sparkling and sauvignon blanc, or keep it crisp with Byron Bay Lager or XXXX Gold. If you really want to lean into summer, add $10 to unlock their extended cocktail list, like spritzes, including Aperol, Limoncello and Wild Hibiscus, plus frozen margaritas that practically demand a second round.
And if your taco craving won’t hold out until the weekend, Riverland also hosts Taco Tuesdays to bridge the gap. Starting 24 February, Riverland Tuesdays are getting a major upgrade with a $25 Taco Tuesday Special. The deal includes a choice of three tacos: beef, chicken, or bean, paired with a choice of a pint of XXXX Gold, a Tequila Sunrise, or a large soft drink. We don’t know about you, but we know where we’re going to be on Tuesdays.
