From France With Love - Restaurant Dan Arnold Opens!

Dan Arnold hasn’t travelled all the way back from France just to serve us #basic lunch and dinner, he’s bringing all that French class and making a beeline for Brisbane to serve up some seriously sexy fine dining at the new Restaurant Dan Arnold.

The Brisbane born Dan spent seven years perfecting his cooking style in France, working in two Michelin star Serge Vieria and three Michelin star l’Esperance – so you know he’s the business.

Nestled within the Alex Perry Hotel and Apartments in Fortitude Valley, Restaurant Dan Arnold is equal parts intimate and spacious with the ever-changing menu focusing on fresh, seasonal produce.

There’s no time for boredom or monotony in his kitchen either – the experimental menu aims to challenge guests with a choice of a three or five course set menu, as well as a small a la carte menu for those who like to play it safe – yes, we’re baiting you.

Settle in for an evening of slow roasted sovereign lamb saddle, charcoal duck breast and braised leg with pumpkin, yam carpaccio and pacific rock oysters, before indulging your sweet tooth with citrus crème brulée, chocolate daquoise and mandarine Aperol sorbet.

Ready for a culinary journey? Strap in folks, you don’t have to travel to France to get a piece of Dan anymore!
