Paddington’s dining scene is about to be taken to the next level with a renowned chef taking over the NOTA space.

This new Paddington spot is sure to take your taste buds on an epic tour of Italy.

We were very sad to hear the announcement last month that NOTA was closing. Paddington foodies need not worry though, as we are excited to announce that renowned chef Dario Manca is stepping in to breathe new life into the stunning heritage space with his latest venture, Attimi. Set to open in September, the intimate 28-seater restaurant promises to push the culinary boundaries with an experimentally-driven menu.

Attimi will only be offering a set degustation menu on weekends, with two options available: one smaller degustation that will take guests on a ‘quick Italian tour’, featuring eight-courses, or a larger degustation that covers a few more stops through the beautiful Italian hills and seaside, boasting a twelve-course sensory exploration of Italian regions.

Are you a local looking for a mid-week dinner? Dinners will be able to enjoy an A La Carte experience with footpath dining that will be available on a walk-in basis. This Paddington spot is the perfect place for locals looking to grab a drink and some snacks including exaggerated takes on Italian classics like focaccia and arancini, providing the ultimate aperitivo experience.

They will also showcase the uniqueness of Italian wines from various regions, with a special focus on skin-contact wines and a selection of rare beers.

You’re going to want to keep your eyes peeled for updates on this one. Head over to BOB to stay up to date.
