13 Instagram Worthy Cafes In Brisbane
We love a good feed...

There are few things better in life than a delicious feed, and one of them is a delicious and good-looking one. It’s always a bonus when your meal makes for a poppin’ Insta post, so we’ve rounded up our favourite spots where you can treat yourself, and your ‘gram!

Miss Jones | New Farm

There’s a good chance you’ve seen pics from Miss Jones plastered all over your feed, but if you’re not familiar with this cute-as-buttons breakfast spot, it’s time to give it a visit. With baby pink walls, neon signs and pops of greenery plus a delicious breakfast menu, Miss Jones is some serious eye candy. Not only does it look the part, but they’re dishing up a delicious menu of brunch bites, such as the Buddha bowl with brown rice, charred broccolini, sauteed kale, roasted chickpeas and sweet potato, beetroot hummus, almonds and green dressing.

Morning After | West End

Morning After has to take the cake for one of the most Instagrammable cafes in Brisbane. White brick, natural light and wooden decor make for the perfect backdrop, along with their incredibly photogenic food. Whatever you order, it’s guaranteed to look and taste delicious—we love the sound of their gingerbread hotcake with caramelised pineapple, butterscotch ice cream, pecan crumb, meringue and summer syrup.

Industry Beans | Newstead

A snap at Industry Beans is sure to be a hit with your followers, thanks to the minimalist vibes and a cool white exterior. Despite being an Instagram sensation, Industry Beans is also delivering top-notch coffee and great quality bites, such as their pandan bubble waffle with blueberry gelato, sesame brittle, banana coconut foam, coconut gel and fresh fruit. We recommend booking in advance, as this place is seriously popular!

Kiki | South Brisbane

Kiki is a very welcome addition to the up-and-coming Fish Lane Town Square precinct. From the brains behind Rick Shores and Little Valley, the spot is set to be a hit, dishing up all the good stuff including  Bellissimo coffee, takeaway treats and banh mis all day long. You can also find tiki cocktails, margaritas, wine and Asian-inspired snacks as the evening rolls around. We’re there!

Nodo | Various Locations

Known for their epic gluten-free donuts, Nodo has much more to offer. They’re serving up some of the best coffee and breakfasts in town, with an emphasis on fresh and healthy flavours. We would highly recommend their peaches and cream waffle, with probiotic spiced waffle, peaches, lemon myrtle custard, native honey, whipped mascarpone, cinnamon myrtle buttermilk biscuit and lemon balm. If you’re in a savoury mood, their milk bun with free-range bacon, spring onion mayo soft fried egg and native ketchup never fails to hit the spot.

Superthing Bakery | West End

The beautiful baked goods at this West End bakery are almost too pretty to eat—ALMOST. It will be impossible to resist their selection of handcrafted croissants and pastries, along with their menu of more substantial eats such as omelettes, sandwiches and bagels. Soak in their super cute pink interior and grab one of their grilled halloumi buns with cos lettuce, tomato, aioli and pickle, topped off with the sweet treat of your choice!

Piggy Back Cafe | Jindalee

A visit to Piggyback Cafe will have your ‘gram soaked in colour, with rainbow coffee, super shakes and loaded croissants. The suburban spot is the perfect spot to kick back with a coffee and enjoy the chilled atmosphere and delicious food such as their popcorn chicken waffles, with house-made tender chicken bites on spring onion waffles with a fried egg, green shallots and drizzled with sriracha mayo. Don’t forget to grab a snap of their unicorn hot chocolate, complete with whipped cream, mixed lollies and sprinkles!

Pawpaw | Woolloongabba

This list wouldn’t be complete without a mention of Pawpaw, any foodie and Insta-lover’s dream. The Woolloongabba cafe is famous for their vibrant decor and menu of inventive brunch specials with an exotic twist. You can expect flavoursome dishes that are easy on the eyes and the tastebuds, such as Pawpaw’s signature hash with potato hash, poached eggs, turmeric hummus, smashed avocado, haloumi, beetroot relish and dukkha.

Picnic | West End

Located in the brand spankin’ West Village precinct in the heart of West End, Picnic’s high ceilings, big windows and breezy design make it a serious contender! Pull up a table inside or in the open-air outdoor area and order up aesthetic plates like Biscoff pancakes, Wagyu Scotch egg hashes, and pork bulgogi Benedicts.

It’s time to get snackin’ and snappin’!
