Love Bug Weekend is back again this year to steal hearts and treat Brisbane diners to its beloved bug menu featuring four decadent courses with heart-eyes for Moreton Bay bugs, including dessert for an extra sweet ending.
Love Bug Weekend diners will start off with a fried Moreton Bay bug brioche bun, slathered with sriracha aioli and baby gem before enjoying bug ceviche with white corn tortillas, lime, chilli and coriander in tow.
Like a match made by Cupid himself, One Fish Two Fish is also serving up house-made gnocchi paired with Moreton Bay bug in tomato and basil sugo, before ending sweetly on the classic romantic dish of fresh strawberries dipped in white and milk chocolate!
Lovers and loved-up gourmets can experience Love Bug Weekend for lunch or dinner from Saturday, February 12 right through to Valentine’s Day on Monday, February 14. Tickets are priced at $95pp and can be booked here!
