From June 23 to July 30 One Fish Two Fish is bringing us ‘Non Voyage’ for those of us cooped up at home, scrolling through endless images of our friends frolicking in the sparkling clear waters, divine architecture and dreamy restaurants of Europe. The four-course banquet on offer for just $79pp will give us one out of three this winter…
Their banquet will transport you on an odyssey of crustaceans, carbs and citrus (in true Italian style). The only tough decision you’ll be faced with during your getaway will be picking the flavour of your fancy. The first course will transport you to the sea-splashed rocks of the Mediterranean as you choose between Fraser Isle spanner crab or black salt and pepper calamari. Need a refresher? One Fish Two Fish are all over it, providing a blood orange granita to cleanse the palette for your next course.
For the main course, guests can enrich their taste buds with grilled goldband snapper and Amalfi salad or a lemon and fennel bay lobster risotto. And of course, there’ll be plenty of polenta chips to share while you sip the night away with a thirst-quenching Aperol Spritz. The best thing is there’ll be no hordes of tourists crowding around this attraction; you can savour the flavours in the calm atmosphere of One Fish Two Fish.
Round off the night with your choice of a refreshing lemon or peach sorbetto – the gorgeous fruit-shaped sorbets could have been plucked straight from the sun-dappled orchards of Spain. Your friends gallivanting around Europe might even be jealous…
