Brisbane’s favourite premium-casual Japanese kitchen, Motto Motto, is opening its doors at Coorparoo Square with a $1 Ramen Day celebration next Saturday 15 November from 11am.
The opening marks Motto Motto’s 18th restaurant nationwide and its newest addition to Brisbane’s southside dining scene. To celebrate, the first 500 guests will be treated to a bowl of the brand’s signature Classic Tonkotsu Ramen for just $1. Crafted by Executive Chef Ryuji Tomihara, the dish features a rich, creamy pork broth, handmade noodles, tender chashu pork belly, marinated egg, fresh shallots and seaweed, making it a firm favourite across all Motto Motto restaurants.
Chief Operating Officer Matt Fickling said the Coorparoo opening is about bringing more to locals: more flavour, quality, value. “Our mission has always been to raise the bar for casual dining by using premium Australian ingredients and chef-crafted recipes,” he said. “This opening is not just about celebrating our expansion, but also what is coming next.”
Fickling confirmed that new dishes will launch before the end of the year, designed to cater to families, office workers and anyone seeking a satisfying and affordable meal.
Located in the heart of Coorparoo Square, the new venue joins a vibrant mix of cafés, restaurants and local favourites. The celebrations do not stop there, with guests also able to enter to win a year of free ramen by signing up to the MyMotto app and selecting Coorparoo as their local store.
Motto Motto continues to redefine Japanese comfort food in Australia, one steaming bowl at a time. Check out Motto Motto’s 1$ Ramen Day here.
