It’s pink, it’s playful, and full of delicious pizzas and pints – what’s not to love about Pink Monkey Rooftop Bar & Grill?
Upon entry, guests are greeted by the restaurant’s stunning brick interior, fully stocked bar and bright neon sign – although it’s Pink Monkey’s sprawling rooftop bar that’s bound to have every visitor feeling on top of the world (King Kong-style)!
Cheeky monkeys love cheeky cocktails, which is why this restaurant is serving up some seriously good sips. Keep your eyes peeled for the signature Pink Monkey Mochatini (Kraken black spiced rum, Mr Black coffee liqueur, chocolate royal, Little Drippa espresso and grated chocolate) and St. Barts concoction, which boasts vanilla bean infused Bombay, wild strawberries, lemon and prosecco.
Not tippled pink just yet? Good thing that Pink Monkey’s beers on tap are just as tasty, featuring Australian craft favourites such as Balter, Stone & Wood, Black Hops and Young Henrys.
Putting the burly in Burleigh Heads is Pink Monkey’s scrumptious food menu, which features a number of wood-fired pizzas, grilled meats, and seafood plates we can’t wait to smash through.
Imagine drool-worthy salsiccia pizzas topped with roast potatoes, oregano and rosemary, New Zealand Greenstone rib eye paired with chimichurri sauce and decadent wood-fired king prawns served with avocado, tomato confit and lemon zest!
We’ve heard it through the jungle vines that Pink Monkey’s tapas are also worth a mention, with unique plates like Japanese-style calamari with snow pea tendrils, green pea sauce and wasabi crumble and wood-fired Australian lamb meatballs topped with lime yoghurt up for grabs.
