Sip on your arrival cocktail as you learn to confidently mix two classic drinks. After you’ve wrapped your head around that, you’ll engage in a friendly cocktail-invention competition (with the chance to win a $50 Malt Dining voucher – AKA more cocktails for later). If you’ve always had your eye on a certain drink (or have tried and failed to mix it on your own), The Laneway can help you out. This sequestered spot in Brisbane’s heart offers private classes behind the bar. From a humongous list, you pick three cocktails to make – and drink.
