Midtown has 'bumped' up their menu with caviar

From occasional bedfellows to Page Six-style lovers, Martinis and caviar go hand in hand.

Bringing caviar to (more of) the people — whether spooned on their hands to ‘bump’ in one hedonistic lick or as a martini accoutrement — has become something of a trend across New York bars. After all, what’s more glamorous than caviar? 

Midtown Bar quickly caught on to the trend and has taken it to the next level by ‘bumping’ up their menu for the month of April. Expect to indulge in freshly shucked Tasmanian Oysters topped with caviar, Pringles and crème frâche served with caviar, fried potatoes topped with caviar, Patient Wolf Melbourne Dry Martini or Royal Dragon (Gold Leaf) The Emperor Vodka Martini with green olives filled with caviar, and of course the classic, bumps of caviar. Offering both Polanco Oscietra Grand Reserve Caviar and Wild Australian Scampi Caviar. As you can see everything has caviar, making it so damn good!
