Meet Teneriffe’s cheeky new spaghetti bar!

We’re talking boozy soft serves, genius flavour combos, and a whole lotta carbs.

If you had told chef Ollie Hansford, sommelier Aleks Balodis, and bartender Stephen Overty what November 2020 would look like, they probably wouldn’t believe you. But 2020 has been a wild one for us all, and it’s finishing with a delicious new pasta spot opening in the inner-north…

The closing of Stokehouse Q earlier this year saw the three coworkers (and longtime pals) left with redundancy checks and plenty of time on their hands, and the first seed of Siffredi’s was planted.

The spaghetti bar has flung its doors open in Teneriffe, boasting a menu of four snacks, five spaghettis, and one dessert–although the menu will evolve often.

Expect bold flavour pairings and ingredients you’ve never seen in pasta before, like braised beef tongue with shiitake mushrooms, pickled radish, and crispy pasta.

In terms of booze, an ever-changing wine list will keep sippers on their toes, alongside a handful of creative cocktails and a dessert that we can hardly wait to try… Campari soft serve with olives and grapefruit. Mind blowing stuff.

Siffredi’s clean, crisp interior space houses 16 high-top seats, while the sprawling terrace is perfect for bigger groups and romantic date nights alike. Head here to snag a booking!
