Known for dishing up Roman-style street eats and plates until late (like, 1 am on weekends late), Eterna has become a firm favourite for Valley dining since its opening back in July.
Now, they’ve come up with the perfect way to cram in all of those end-of-year catch-ups without splashing all of your presents budget: the Eter-mini menu features a sweet list of four half-sized cocktails and three snacks, with your choice of each for just ten bucks!
Available Tuesdays-Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm, the mini cocktail list includes gin martinis, the Malt & Myrtle with Johnny Walker Black, pineapple-infused white vermouth and lemon myrtle tea, or the Borghese with Don Julio Blanco tequila, PeMarsala, hibiscus infusion and Peychauds bitters.
You can pair your petite sip with the likes of a red snapper croquette with roasted capsicum sauce, chickpea and lentil-stuffed fried olives, or marinated sardines on crusty bread with herbed butter—bellissimo!
By our maths, you could be sipping on the equivalent of two full-sized cocktails and four snacks for just $40 (though, maths has never been our thing…)!
