Tinderbox Kitchen may specialise in gourmet wood-fired pizzas, but these guys are no one trick pony so if pizza doesn’t tickle your fancy you’ll still have plenty to choose from on the menu. However, their pizza usually can’t be beat, especially the Tinderbox pizza with fresh Mooloolaba prawns, chilli, zucchini, Italian mozzarella, basil and cherry tomato. Make sure you leave room for dessert though because you won’t want to miss out on sweets like the passionfruit tart with vanilla bean ice-cream and meringue crumble!
