From humble beginnings along the beaches of Bronte, Three Blue Ducks are all grown up and moving to the big city, nesting in style at the top of Hotel W. in the city.

Fear not, fellow aficionados of responsible food practises, the change of location hasn’t led to a change of heart. Three Blue Ducks are still proud of their sustainable paddock to plate ethos, emphasising local ingredients to create bold, unique flavours… speaking of, let’s get to the menu!

Head in early to take advantage of the “Full Spread” breakfast buffet, relax at lunch with their fish of the day, cooked in their on-site, wood fire oven or enjoy the city lights at night with a Moreton Bay Bug dinner hot off the grill.
