Serving up modern Japanese fare, Saiko keeps things simple allowing them to nail the flavours and textures of their flaming teppanyaki feeds, but let things get a little crazy behind the bar with colourful cocktails. In a pseudo make-your-own style, patrons choose their cut of meat, sauce and rice, and leave the rest in the hands of the exceptional chefs and their impressive knife skills on the fiery central grill, with all meals accompanied by mixed vegetables and miso soup.
