From their cosy cafe tucked away in Newstead, Rogue takes ‘simple’ and turn it into jaw-dropping. Take their menu item named simply ‘pig,’ which is actually a savoury apple pie creation with shredded pork belly, apple chutney and horseradish ice-cream. Madness or genius? We’re going with the latter. Don’t even get us started on dessert.
