The Spaniards really do have life figured out. Siestas at lunchtime, dinner after 10pm and sangria on tap. Sounds like our kind of heaven. Luckily we don’t have go too far for the sangria at least, with Ole Restaurant and their next door bar, The Sangria Bar, nailing the cocktails along with authentic Spanish fare.

You can feast with friends on tasty tapas like crisp calamari with citrus salt and aioli or the oh-so-naughty queso frito, which translates to fried manchego cheese with mojo picon. Larger share plates of raciones and paella are on offer, accompanied by an extensive selection of housemade sangria, boutique wine and craft beers. We recommend Ole’s red sangria, topped with summer fruits and chilled to perfection!

Ole’s second eatery, Ole Fuego, is also open in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre’s Station Road Dining precinct.
