Holy cheesus, this is not a drill – Brisbane has it’s very own cafe dedicated entirely to the cheese toastie! Melt Brothers have brought the gourmet cheese toastie to Brisbane for breakfast, lunch and dinner – serving up gooey, cheesy goodness, with a selection of gourmet fillings, sandwiched between crisp, golden bread.

Coming out in bright yellow boxes, you’ll find toasties like the M.C. Cheesy, with macaroni and cheese, maple bacon and cheddar, The BFC with buttermilk fried chicken, slaw, buffalo sauce and cheddar, or the Hippy Cheese, with basil pesto, grilled eggplant, roast capsicum, spinach, roma tomato and mozzarella.
