MAYA Mexican is the exciting new venture by the team behind the Eleven Rooftop Bar. The iconic rooftop venue has been transformed into MAYA Mexican, a six month pop-up bar and restaurant that is not to be missed!

MAYA is the perfect spot for dining, drinking and enjoying panoramic views across Brisbane. Ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners and everything in between, head to MAYA for delicious Mexican cuisine in a stunning setting… 

The menu is inspired by modern Mexican street food and is packed with flavour, featuring dishes such as loaded nachos, slow cooked ribs and crispy flame-grilled prawns. The tacos are a must, featuring fillings such as battered snapper with pickled cabbage slaw, grilled zucchini and pulled pork. The food is best shared, so grab a few friends and catch up over an epic Mexican feast. 

Of course, being a rooftop bar, the beverage menu is beyond impressive. There are five variations of a margarita on the menu–the hardest part is choosing which to try first!
