Brothers Trevor and Steve Simmons have transformed a Newstead warehouse into a stunning dining destination, which is able to seat 150 guests.
With minimalist vibes and a cool white interior, it’s the perfect spot to snap that next Insta pic. But it’s not all about looks – they’re also serving up some of the best coffee and breakfast bites in town. Their avocado smash is outstanding, with whipped ricotta, sunrise lime gel, beetroot dust, green tea salt and sourdough. If you prefer a sweet brekky, you can’t miss their pandan bubble waffle, with blueberry gelato, coconut gel, sesame brittle, banana brittle and toasted coconut flakes.
