Farm House

Okay, so we’re not exactly the ‘bright and early’ type, and there was that terrifying incident with the goose last time we stepped foot on a farm – but Kedron’s Farm House is starting to make us rethink our city-living ways.

Only cooking up the freshest, farm-grown ingredients from local and regional producers, breakfasts and lunches in this city-side spot rise above anything in their field. (Field – get it?)

Gooey free range eggs ooze bright yolks over fresh bread, and bowls are packed with fruit that tastes as if it was picked that morning. Here, you’ll find brekky gems like one pan ricotta hotcakes with farmhouse lemon curd, fresh berries, and ice cream, and breakfast gnocchi with thick cut bacon, shaved parmesan and a poached egg.

If you’ve never been the early bird (we feel ya), the Farm House caters to latecomers with lunches of crispy tacos with fresh white fish fillets, and generous platings of vine-ripened tomato and ricotta tart.

Time to farm out our appetites.
