The intimate bar is Kill Bill themed, so you can feel as though you’ve stepped right into a Quentin Tarantino movie. Soak in the funky decor, moody lighting and themed artwork and enjoy an insane menu that goes way beyond your typical bar snacks. Think handmade brisket potstickers with ponzu sauce and coriander, along with iced kingfish sashimi with coconut, lime and chilli. The selection of Japanese-Texan fusion dishes is accompanied by a creative cocktail list that rings true to the bar’s theme, including the Pretty Riki with butterfly pea gin, lavender and sour mix.
